4th Geners Sports Mode?

Hey peeps, i tried searchin but i didnt find. Who drives auto on the 4th gen and have u used that sports mode button? What exactly does it do? And how do u use it correctly? for overtakin people or what?
I havent touched it yet ever since i bought the car. hehe

it holds a gear.. or makes the car hold gears for longer..
if ur cruisng in 4th gear.. u press it.. only 3 gears

hey i got 92 accord auto,
i dont beleive it puts it back to a 3 speed when its in sports mode.

it does hold gear alot longer.
it also changes down a gear alot sooner rather then sittingin 4th to accelerate.

Changes when in the rev range the car will shift. Which in a way makes it more fun (read: sporty)

Cool thanks, cant wait to try it, is it safe to use? What happens if you always leave it in sports mode, would that kill the transmission?
