Want move SOHC Vtec in 4th civic

:( I had a civic Vti but the car nearly totol lose, lucky the engine and gear box is not damage. But fix the car cost me about $6000 So i dont know what can i do? Sale the car out?/ fix the car? /put the engine on the other civic?
