Want to replace the intake manifold gasket.
Search the net but no avail. Has anyone done this before?
Do I need to remove the fuel line?

you will need to detach the fuel line and the return fuel line,

also two bolts under the maifold that hold it to the metal support bracket.

coolant lines, and throttle cable and vac lines.

PVC as well

pretty much anything holding it in.
