R-SPEC V-TEC CONTROLLER for 94 accord vti

just wondering if anyone has one of these..and also if they know what each function does...thanks...
also if anyone has like the information guide or sumthing like that so i can print them off thanks heaps.
my main things i wish to know is what the first engagement control is and the second engagement control is

yeah i've got one in my accord too.
1st and 2nd engagement is so that u can switch between vtec points. Not at the same time but individually. ie no1. can kick in for everyday driving and no2. can be a race setting. Don't ask me about the rest of it cos i don't have a clue how to use it except for the Shift unit and revs.

which is better to have??? like for everyday driving??? i would of just left it on da norm--- for the everyday driving...

what is the best for it to be set at for hard driving?? for optimal performance? thanks dude
