wat is the correct torque setting for the pressure plate on a ek vtir ???

pressure plate = 8 x 25NM each.

Lock the flywheel in place via a tool in between the teeth n housing or hold from the crank
Do up in a star shaped pattern - IE go one , then the opoosite , then the opposite etc etc
