because that is a nose cut not a half cut :p

a nose cut, is practically radiator support and onwards.
half cut is from the dash or firewall onwards.
if the engine is in there, and the gearbox isn't, it's not a complete half cut.
they have probably seperated it, or probably sold it.

it depends on the seller..
some sell it with panels/headlights/bonnet..
some don't..

okay practically.
nose cut, is what people buy when they have front enders.
half cuts people buy for engine conversions etc.
MOST half cuts, don't usually come with panels, or headlights etc.
like trip has said, it depends on the wreckers/seller.
