I just want to find out fits the 04' 5 door hatch(EU3). What are the suitable brands and types of air filters and cold air intakes (can be model specific) that is suitable for this model. Does it use the same as the 7th gen sedans?
cheers

I got my K&N filters usually from ebay. It generally works out cheaper and delivery is about 2 weeks to your door. You have to do your homework and ensure that the part number is correct before making any purchase. That's what i did for my 8th Gen civic and even the wife's corolla ;)
and trust me, there is some power gain. The cars actually breath alot better and improved fuel economy as well, and like you said, it fits nicely and look very stockish & tidy in the engine bay.
