can some one tell me how does the vtec controller do..

is it like boost controller...does it stuff the car up

VTEC controller changes when VTEC cuts in.

Are you being serious?

Stop wasting our time and do a search. There are heaps of threads that have discussed VTEC controllers in particular the Apexi VAFC. You obviously haven't even bothered searching.
