dc5 innovative engine mount Q.

hi...i currently having a set of 3 innovative em on my car and found that there is some cracking sounds and engine movement while i release my accelerator maybe from gear 1-4....from gear 4-6 still ok..i guess is my front engine mount cracked....do i need to replace with innovative front mount, or can buy essm and put it into my oem mount:)

what do you mean...the innovative is on ur car or you running stock? if you hear sound like that...more likely you need new mounts

Either is OK.
But if the OEM mount has failed, replaced it before you add an insert.

anyone hav an idea of how much to replace a new oem front engine mounts??and the price for just front innovative em...atm i can't find any trader selling it..usually i won't get anymore vibrate right...cause the other 3 innovative mount giv me enough of earthquake :D

earthquake? i can barely feel the vibrations with 3 innovative mounts installed. almost like stock.
i got a new oem front engine mount from honda for $170 or $190 dont remember. easy DIY.
i had that setup with esmm in the front and the vibrations where bad. couldnt take it so i ripped em out. imo dont do it.
i think jdmyard is a distributor of innovative mounts.. or you can get them from the states through clubrsx.com

cracking or clicking??

my car clicks with releasing accel and turning at slow speeds.... this is due to drivers side CV needing replacing.

You can also have em reconditioned for around $200.

and i had another question, i found that my car become 'slow' compare to be4 in my 1 and 2 gears...it made me so upset....does it cause my my broken front engine mount or CV?currently i had hondata k100....would that be ECU problem?

when i had a broken front engine mount i had the same problem. as soon as i replaced it, the car seemed to pick up alot better!

I will fix the CV joint first before the front engine mount.

You have to get the CV joint fixed soon anyway.

so is that any aftermarket CV or only hav oem CV?

just get OEM (not that i think there is any aftermarket ones)... its not something that is going to make your car faster if you get a light weight one.... or one with a Mugen stamp on it.

can i check the cv myself??i mean is it i can look from the outlook of the engine??
