Make sure you fill the holes so that the box is nice and air tight and you should be fine!
putty will do the job or silicon glue
even if it isnt completely air tight you wont notice a difference, but yes putty or silicon will be fine
mad sounds good!
thanx alot guys........
also is it okay to mount the amp to the back of the sub box?

you can but not optimum...ive seen heaps of people do it with no ill effect...the myth is the vibrations can loosen the internal componentson the amp...just screw into back seat for peace of mind.
