my 94 accords fan is like warm/hot even when i switch it to cool. does anyone else have this problem???

would this be the cause of my warm Air conditioning or would dat be due to needing a re-gas.

yeh, mine is the same unless its really cold outside. If i put my air con on its cold. well, it is now because i had it regassed, before then, it was useless.


when was yours last done?

Get rid of the aircon, just excess weight that you'll have to make up elsewhere. :)

Although I do live in the lower south island of NZ..... :D :D

you try driving around in 40 degree heat in a dark green car without aircon :P

the hot/cold temp cable is know to get damaged on the outer moulding near the ends where it gets clamped down. the heaterbox end of the cable is most commonly damaged down under the grove box. you will need to remove a cover to get to it.

if this is your problem you got a few options
- change the cable.
- readjust the cable and hope it holds.
- fix the cable with heatshrink
