RSX and DC5/R

Hey guys does the RSX items fit on DC5/R ?

looks like RSX is 05 up types ithink?

RSX is simply the Euro/American name for Integra.

Similar with Acura being Honda, Euro being TSX etc.

Yup, RSX = Integra Luxury.
RSX-S = Integra Type S.

Yes, whenever u see RSX, it jst simply means Integra.

So theres the Type R RSX, Type S, im not too sure...

Type S is the Australias replacement for the DC5R whereas overseas, they actually had another model type R after the DC5R which we received in Oz.
They simply detuned it, took off a few goodies, and badged it with S for the aussie market.

Most engine/sussy mods from 05' RSX will fit on AUDM DC5R, but costmetic stuff like headlights and bumper bars are different.

USA didn't get the Type R. The RSX Type S has leather, sunroof and all that, and no LSD.

We could always just keep this thread open, and you post pics of RSX stuff here to ask if they fit into the DC5R. :)

RSX has the 118kW k20a3
RSX-S has the 147kW k20a2.

AUDM Type R has the 147kW k20a2.
RSX-S/AUDM Type S has the 154 k20z1. Should get DC5 owner to confirm that

USA only had the RSX and RSX-S (TypeS)
From 2001 - 2005 was one model, then from 2005 onwards was the face lift model where we got the TypeS here in Australia.

American never got the TypeR

2001 - 2005 TypeS had no LSD, has leather and sunroof and no brembo and no Recaro. Engine was the k20a2, which is the same as the Australian DC5R, but of course we all know the Australian DC5R has recaro and TypeR bodykit and has LSD, but still the same 147kw engine.

2005+ TypeS/RSX-S (both in Aus and USA) has the same specs as the previous American TypeS but with a revised engine, the k20z1 with 154kw.

RSX= Base model DC5
RSX type S = DC5R/DC5S ,(look up this name when looking for DC5 type S or Type R parts from america).
Also check for 5 speed or 6 speed,especialy for things like transmission,clutches,fly wheels etc.
