yeah the spoon one is pretty nice, pic of mine installed, you have to take out the boot lining to get it in.

I had spoon rear sturt bar, i kept all the boot lining and it didn't matter at all..
i now have a j's racing rear strut bar and you don't need to take out the boot lining either.

yeah all the trim and carpet can go back in after, but its fun drining around with out it there, just wait till a pebble or something flick up haha.

only fairly minor difference will be felt

you won't feel much if you only use it as a daily unless you see the track.......if you dun track ur car I dun see a point getting that...

Geat a rear swaybar then (24mm), you will notice the difference more than a strut brace.

i had a whiteline rear sway bar on my base auto
it was the non adjustable 24mm rear sway bar...

i had a spoon strut bar at the front and rear, and also a spoon rear tie bar.

this was working great with my mugen suspension but after installing a 26.5mm front sway bar from the TypeS it was much better, more balanced.

generally speaking
thicker rear sway makes car oversteer
thicker front sway makes the car understeer....

but...you should do what you feel needs upgrading because not everyone's driving style and preferences are the same.

It's not a strut bar, as the suspension is the strut. The bar in the middle of the car has a few different names. Monkey bar, room bar, floor bar. The point of this bar is to make the base of the B-pillar stiffer.

The bar you are looking for is under the front part of the back seat. It's nothing special, basically a big aluminium bar, coolest thing about it is that it has all the pen marking from the Honda factory in Japan. If you pull the bottom part of the back seat up, and then pull the carpet forward you'll see it.

I agree here.. Don't really see the need of getting one if you're not going to use it for track..

I'd say coilovers and tyres will do the job, easy.
