hey guys
was driving today and thought i might give my little carbie a hit..
so i pushed 2nd gear to 6000rpm then i changed
but the engine reacted as if the clutch was still on....
i put my foot all the way down and the revs kept goin up....
i stopped...
and went of again normally....after 2000rpm it did the same thing...as if the cltch was in and the revs went up then down up then down as if the clutch was in...
is it my clutch/?!.
or engine is stuffed.!?!?

Clutch is cooked

Best to take it easy on it, and get it changed ASAP
In a matter of days, maybe a few weeks at the very very best of normal driving you won't even be able to get the car to move an inch

Yep definetely the clutch.

Go to a Transmission Mechanic and get a quote. Dont get a Honda clutch or go toa Honda dealer, they will rip you a new one.
www.yellowpages.com.au ftw

Its not an easy DIY though, it may take days to do for non-mechs.

Better to get the job done properly and pay the 4+ hours labour
