hi guys wondering is a da6 the same as a da9? Is the only difference that the da6 has a b16? is everything else exactly the same?

by that i guess you mean everything but the engine & drivetrain components. In that case yes interior, chassis all the same.

Wrong ...
interior - different trim, climate control, stereo, cluster, seats, etc right down to the glovebox
chassis - no member linking front cross member to subframe
just to name a few

The rear lower control arms are different. The front is the same.

Yes, they must be changed.
You can use EG6, ITR arms, but the shock mounting hole is further out towards the wheel (from memory). It shouldnt be too much of a problem however. Also, you can use EF arms.
