Last night when i jumped in my car my clutch pedal felt really spongy, like i'll tap it & it'll go right in. And when i started driving the car I realised my friction point was only like 3cm from fully pressed down! It made me stall a few times... it's still like this today, does anyone know what's wrong?

sounds like your clutch master or clutch slave cylinder have pooped out on you. this is fairly common on hondas.

Check in the footwell and follow youre clutch pedal up, if you feel grease around then then its your master cylinder. your clutch cylinder is in the engine bay, you can locate it by following from the clutch resevoir i think.

also check the fluid level in your clutch resevoir, maybe some air got into the system and you need to flush it and top it up with new fluid.

Yep sounds like the master or slave cylinder is leaking fluid.

If the clutch reservoir level is below MIN, top it up with some Honda Brake/Clutch Fluid and see how that goes.

it's obvisouly leaking.
look underneath your dash, where the clutch pedal goes, see if you can see fluid there, if you can, it's your master cylinder, go get a new one.
also check your slave cylinder, see if you can see fresh brake fluid there, and if you do, go get a rebuild kit or a new slave cylinder, if none are leaking, check your lines for breaks and cracks, or maybe a loose hose.
