Who tuned the map in the k100?

It'd be tuning man. nothing else would effect a car to the degree that you're experienceing atm.

If it is a generic flash, then that is not the best way to use it.

But fix your mount first. See if it fixes it.

i dont understand the mentality behind "flash" and "reflashes". If its just a "flash" from melbourne, then thats most likely ur problem, its not tuned for your car.

Isnt the whole argument about powerchip the product because its a one tune fits all product, yet these people will spend on a "flash" which is exactly the same thing...

Frustrating when he has a whole world of possibilities with the k100 flash and all he has uploaded is a generic one. Might as well run the stock ECU maps.

hey mate um i put a k100 in my k24a also a flash one and it went hard compared to the one im running now which is a k20 computer which makes my car out of tune but im gettin a k100 soonbut just borrowed a mates flash and it went good but the guy goes once its tuned for your car then its gonna go better so in ur case u will need it to be tuned to ur motor and ur mods not to a random tune....

anyways good luck with that if ya need anything hit me with a pm

btw im running a k24 too lol..

You'll need to get it tuned by a proper tuner..... that flash thing is a waste of money....

The K100 allows custom maps to be made, to the same resolution as the stock ECU. You need a tuner to tune your car and make a map that is suited to your car. Not generic stuff.

K100 flash means that it uses the original ECU but replaces the orginal maps with tuned maps. Yes he needs a tuner and no, the flash is not a waste of money. It's the same as a full programmable ECU except that you can't program it as you go. The whole map has to be completed by tuning using separate software on a laptop and then uploaded. Basically same as a programmable ECU but not as flexible.

unless its one of those "reflashes" that are a one size fit all like the honda accord euro type ones.

well it's easy to test - install your original stock ECU and see if the problem persists.

and how the fk did you snap an engine mount on a Euro ? whoa ! i'd get that fixed before you fk something ELSE up.. once one mount is snapped it puts all kinds of stress on the remaining mounts and can also effect your drivetrain depending on which mount is dead etc.
