Hey gang

After researching the installation of an iPod interface for the Euro, I found some photos of an Accura's interior with a ciggy lighter at the bottom of the centre console bucket.

Our model has a blank plate removable by a couple of screws.

Is this accessory 'part' available for a sparky or myself to install? Or maybe by the mechanics at my next service (overdue!)?

It would be very handy at times me thinks...

yea same here, i found it 6 months after i bought my car. didnt know it was there.

Take the plate off and see if there is a wire with a connector already in there. If there is pop down to your local car parts store and grab a universal lighter or accessory outlet and simply put it into place and connect up the connector

I couldn't see any power there or cable swhen I connected my mp3 audio lead. Does anyone know for sure?
