Hi i have a honda civic breeze 92 1.3L carby and i was wondering if it was possible to install air conditioning. If so how would i go about if? would i have to get the air conditioning unit from a civic with a similar motor? Thanks

yes you would have to get a ac kit from a civic with the same type of carby
even an efi civic kit will fit, but the carby models had a few extra bits

doesnt matter all Dserise carby compressors are the same.
i had a/c on my 1.3L b4 it's not that hard but u do need to wire up a few extras' replace the a/c box/ the fan box etc..
also u need the a/c fan in the front a/c canister a/c line etc

all d series ac kits are the same, they all had the 1 ac kit that fits all
and yes it does matter.
the new ac kit would come with extra parts, you didnt install them on the efi modle, but install some of them in dual carb, then single car had the full install.
its got to do with idle lift when comprrsssor cuts in,
he will need these parts depending on what type of carb he has

Strange...My breeze came with an AC before it died in the arse...The compressor normally costs 220ish. I got my whole car rewired and AC'd for 600bux...it was all fuzzled.
ANYWAY, yeh around 600ish.
What parts do you have atm? Is it COMPLETELY stripped of it's AC? ie. No compressor (duh), radiator, hoses etc.?

I can gurantee you that not all d series came with the same AC parts. I learnt that the hard way. I dropped a D16y1 into my breeze. None of the pipes matched until I had a breeze compressor retrofitted to work. But that won't matter since you haven't done anything like that.

Well it cost ME 600. It won't cost you that much since you don't have to rewire anything lol.
Like I said, depending on what you currently have in the car now, the price varies.
I know the compressor will run for around 150-250. Piping is around 30-50 bux for both. Radiator...don't know, but I've seen anything from 100-200 bux.
So worst case, you'll be paying up to 500 bux for AC...maybe less if some of the fellas here can help you out with some parts :)
