How do you adjust the sensitivity of the shock sensors?

My alarm goes off way to easily and it goes off even more regularly after a drive (ie. when the engine bay is hot)...

I remember reading about changing the snesitivity on these alarms...

it seriously gives me the sh*ts

there should be a sensor with 1 or 2 dials, it should usually light up when the car is moving. Look under the steering wheel area or the centre console area. It should be held there with twist ties or double sided tape

You can't adjust it via remote?

it should be in the fuse box, the little box, u just need a screwdrive or anything thin and flat to turn it down. btw, did u get a m80g with glassbreak sensor? if dats the case, id had alot of prob with the glassbreak sensor, i fixed it by repositioning it so its not too close to the window.

If you have the same one as I do, on the little box that controls the alarm system there is a dial to adjust. Obviously you didnt do it yourself (or you would no, sorry if im wrong), but it should be mounted to the firewall somewhere. Follow the cable from the siren to find it.
