crx d16 to b16 Who do i take my car too so i can get the new engine number on my rego

Ok the transplant was done about 4 months ago and i want to get the engine number across so it is all legit.

It is still a 1.6 engine but diff engine numbers. from a d16 to a b16a vtec.

I was told something about a blue slip. But it wasnt clear any help would be awsome and if you know someone that could do this for me please let me know as i am willing to do it in the next few weeks

Yeah i think you need a blue slip or just talk to the RTA or qualified mechanic for more information.

Ok , all you do is take your car to an authorized mechanic and ask for a ädjustment of records".

Since you are keeping the same size its simple ! Nothing except a quick check.
They will simply record down your chassis number , old engine number and new engine number and give you a blue form to give to the RTA.
COst about $25. Easy !

omg thats sooo easy thank gooood i was really worried about all of this because i have gotten about 50 different answers from other people and wasnt sure what to do
