View Full Version : Help With removing headlights on 1994 accord

Hey i need on removing my headlights for my accord...i've undone all the bolts and stuff but it doesn't seem to be able to come out...does anyone kno the easiest way to remove the headlights?

dont the blinkers come out b4 headlights?

yeh i've alread done that..i'v taken the blinkers out....then unscrewed all the screws to take the headlight out...the thing is the headlight seems to big to come out between the front bar and chassis of car...

it should slide in/out without having to remove the front bar
try giving it a hit to knock it out of place

noope lol if reckon ill have to break it to get it out...cauz there are these little white things on the frame of the light which stop it coming out! lol its really pissing me off

if you look at like my last post, and work backwards (cause I was trying to put new headlights in) then maybe you can get them off, its a real simple job, takes about 10min to take the frontbar and headlights totally off

otherwise, take off the front bar and the bracket behind it (which in my pick in my thread is "A"), then unscrew the top bolts ontop of the headlight then one of two bolts on the side and they should slide out easy.

Question how do u get the front bar off??? u need to undo two plastic screws under the freaking head light to get it off?? if so how the hell do u do it??

be prepare to swear heaps as u try to undo the bumper bracket...its tight
just be patient, you'll get it off eventually...
