hey guys
the civic manual recommends +1mm front and +2mm rear toe.

my car is lowered and i know i cant adjust the camber so will it be ok to have a +2mmfront and +3mmrear to compensate? are there any downsides to this?

excessive toe kills tyres quicker than camber. thts the problem that i had. you can get an allignment to fix toe.

if you are talking about camber than you need a camber kit for the front and rear. rear ones you can DIY a whiteline one. but from you will need to buy the upper forks to adjust camber.

sorry first post was kinda confusing. i know i cant adjust the camber so i want to run extra toe front and rear to compensate for the lowering instead.
right now the inside of my tyres are wearing out, i just want a setting that will wear my tyres evenly.
so are there any downside from running +2mm front and +3mm rear toe?

Front:
Toe out can help turn ins but excessive Toe out can lead to the car being very road crown sensitive and may wander on a straight road.

Nothing wrong with what you're suggesting on running, that is 1~2 degrees. In fact the specs do indicate that you can run around +/- 3 degrees of recommended spec. I'd stay away from toe-in though running 0 if you must.

Rear:
Too much rear out encourages lift off oversteer and makes the car twitchy.
For this one, I'd just follow the recommended specs.

I run an EG and my settings are 1mm Toe out in Front and 0 in the Rear.
Handling is great and turn ins are great too. Pretty stable on the straights at high speeds as well.without having to have a death grip on the steering wheel.
