Engraved on the head?

Hey, I discovered this on the side of my b16a2 head while changing plugs earlyer today, any idea what i could be for?

It says SP1113 24-3-03

maybe the head/engine was reconditioned or modified in 2003?

SP1113 could be the workshop's job number

probabaly a mechanical job referference.. maybe got some head work or rebuild done... looks like the mechanic took pride in his work.. else they wont engrave there symbol on there..
