most likely left over stock from last year...or surplus...most likely a promotion for F1 as stated
Marketing gimmick for sure........

Hope, you get the EuroR kit, grill, 17" 10 spoke rims, black window trim, gunmetal handles, metal knob and pedals over the base Euro. Worth the money.

and the curtains.. I would have got this model for sure if it was available in 2004.

It's not left over parts. It's the Type S that is sold in Japan. Same parts that are put on the EuroR, except for the engine and gearbox. Rims are of a different colour.

my 06 type-S does not have the black window mouldings, dark chrome door handles nor the aluminium shift knob. funny how such small things arenīt the same between markets?

I'm just thinking black window mouldings, dark chrome *gunmetal* seems to be nice.. :D anyway.. sporty style of euro... similar to EuroR - seems to be a pretty good deal... :p

If you win the lotto then yes you can buy the parts from honda.
It'll be cheaper to get the door handles re-chromed yourself lol
