EK Door Handle

Hey,

My door handle broke today. I've bought a new one from the wreckers. Opened the door and all but can't seem to work out how to install it. Can anyone help?

Is it interior door handle or exterior?
You'll probably need to remove the trim from inside the car.
If you're trying to do it yourself search for a service manual for the EK Civic (use search on this forum) as that will give you some advice on trim removal and door handle replacement.

Whether it is an interior or exterior handle, you need to take the interior trim out and pull out the stiff cables holding the handle in and unscrew any screws.
Rule of thumb, basically follow the steps you went with taking it out. :D

Yeah i figured it out. Theres 2 x size 10mm bolts holding the door handle on. Then you take out the clip which is located underneath the hole where you stick your key in and take that out. Then the door handle comes off and you unscrew the long metal bit which connects to the door handle and mission complete. Thanks for trying to help anyways.
