with the da9 dude i wouldn't bother, they sit just above the back seat and so it would be impossible for back seat people to sit comfortably because there head would be on it.

so long as it does not obstruct your vision it should be alright, i don't think there is a specific rule for this one.

P.S when the cops pull you over tell them its for hanging your suits on????? might not bother too much so long as they don't think your a hoon ;)

yea ive been pulled over and had a few cops behind drive behind me and havent had a problem with it. ive got a quick release tab so it would take me 5 secs to take off.
