Ok so I cleaned the Throttle yesterday. and I have noticed that the car runs a lot smoother.. My problem now is when i come to a stop the car idles wierd it goes up and down up to like 1.5 to 2. then it comes back to normal then goes up again. It does this for like 30 seconds then the car goes back to normal.. this is really annoying... i think i may need to re-adjust the cable or something but im not sure.. does anyone know what the problem could be... ?

The exact same thing happened to my civic.

You need to clean the IACV filter. Look at this DIY: http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4693&highlight=IACV

Also, if its a D-Series engine (or an engine with an FITV) you need to screw the FITV valve back in. FITV: http://www.emotors.ca/Articles/97.aspx

no probs. yeh the IACValve controls the warm idle.

Also in the throttle body there is a small pipe near the butterfly that lets a small amount of air in when the engine idles (when the butterfly is closed). spray some carby cleaner in the hole to remove the carbon/dirt buildup.
