Adjusting EK headlight level

Hi,

Just wondering whether anyone could give me a brief rundown on how I can adjust the headlight level on my EK.

I've noticed my low beams are aiming a tad high obstructing the view of oncoming traffic which results in them attempting to blind me (successfully) with their highbeams. :(

Any help is greatly appreciated.
