URGENT DC2r help

hey guys as u all know ive sold my car and got myself a dc2r, and good thing is that the air con works, worst thing is that the slider, for hot n cold, it dussnt slide it stays on cold so its good in summer but its getting colder now days and wanna slide it to warm....
but its stuck, i tried to get the whole carbon fibre bit out but it wont budge...
i took out the pocket coin holder for more room and found 2 tabs and pressed it and pulled it didnt come out, question is...
how the hell do you pull out the whole airvent and slider and stuff out of the car ?!?!?!?

u gotta take EVERYTHING around it out.

have you check the heater tap in the engine bay?
if not, check that as well.
becuase that slider, connects to the tap in the engine bay, via a cable.

would recommend myhiep in cabramatta :D

try under the passenger foot... theres a metal rod/arm that push the cold to hot.. have a look fiddle around with it...
