Euro Radio Reception Total Loss!

Since the installation of the Ipod Denison unit in my new Lux Euro I have lost total radio reception both on FM & AM. :( :(

I have the guy who installed it come back to check it for me this week.

My question is where on the back of the radio unit is the connection for the aerial or what cable is it does anyone know ?

Did you install an Amp as well? Maybe they confused the Antenna wire for a Remote Amp wire.

No Amp all head unit, speakers etc are all Stock Standard.

There is a aerial cable at the back next to the main plug(speakers wires and all shit). U may need to take the whole thing out to reach it.

do you have window tint? cause metal tint can affect frequency of radio.

When you turn the volume up do you get hiss/static and no sound?If so the installer forgot to hook up the antenna wire or didn't hook it up properly and it's come loose.Get him back to fix it.:(

Should be pretty simple if just to connect back the antenna. Just need to know how to remove the pannels.

Yep it did come loose all been fixed now ! ;) Thanks for your help guys

sometimes after i wash the car, and scrub a little too hard, the radio has some static in it - probably the inbuilt antenna

but youve fixed your problem so it wasnt that :)
