get OEM parts,

go to honda and say I want the above parts.

dont waist your money on non gen parts, OEM parts are resonable in price and are better quality.

Use OEM for all. OEM spark plugs are usually NGK or Denso. You can use aftermarket engine oil as your CD5 engine is meant to use 10w-40. Do you have the SOHC or SOHC VTEC?

For your sparkies, the F22B1, F22B3 and F23A1 uses the ZFR5F-11. If you have the F22A5, F22A6, F22A9, then the part number is ZFR6F-11

ZFR5F-11.

You can use 10w-30 Honda FEO, but you might get oil burning. If you service every 5000km, you can use a 10w-40 mineral oil like Magnatec. If you go for 7000-10000km, then go for a semi or full synthetic 0w-40, 5w-40 or 10w-40.
