I'm a little confused here...

Firstly in regards to the shaky steering wheel, are you sure it's the actually rotors that are wobbling? Or perhaps they're just warped, warped rotors can also cause the steering wheel to shake when the brakes are applied. If they're just warped then they can be machined down.

From what you've said it seems like you friend only changed the brake caliper and not a full blown 5 stud conversion. What rotors are you getting? Type R rotors? Maybe someone can confirm this for me but you might not need type r rotors, an alternative might be a higher peforming version of the rotors which are compatable with your car. This'll save you the hassle of finding someone to re-drill the actually rotor.

Go see RaceBrakes Australia...When i was looking at Big Brakes, I emailed them and they are able to redrill ITR rotors.

yeh sounds like the rotors are warped.. you can get them machined back, but it will depend on how bad the rotors are.. if there too far gone, then you will need new/other set. you dont need another dc2r rotors.. just an equivilant (11" rotor)

im pretty sure some of the preludes are also 11" or you can get some aftermarket ones like DBA.. which then you will need to get redrilled at a brake shop.

Did you get the calipers machined ? need to shave a few mm off the calipers to set them central over the disc...

i REALLY dont recommend re-drilled rotors !!! is dodgy and dangerous. the whole weight of the car and all acceleration and braking forces are transfered to the wheels via the hubs which are integral to the rotors !!

thanks guys but i went to one of the brake shop n they told me to get wat they called "blank slotted disc" which doesnt have any stud on it n they gonna drill it for me.. well hopefully this will do xD
