Size of support bolts for 98+ integra type r lip

Hey ive noticed that my lip has dropped about 1-2mm all around - i checked underneath and it seems to be missing some support bolts - i called my local honda dealer....

$88 bucks (AUD) for 10 bolts and 3 clips WTF - can someone with a 98+ ITR lip tell me what bolts are required - dimensions and pictures would be FANTASTIC - i already scored some clips but they didnt know the size of the bolts.
