Help guys..cable snaped!

Hey guys, I just found out on of the connector had snapped off from my amp leaving the "long part in the hole" lol... what is the easiest way to get that part out?

If its the centre "male"piece try needle nose pliers maybe?

tried ..couldn't get a grip on that little bugger

this might be random (comming from the top of my head) but maybe try a vacume or something to prob suck a bit of it out? then maybe use pliers or tweezers to pick it

Open the Amp up; you may be reluctant, or not.. depending on warranty -- Should not void warrenty though; unless you're breaking stickers that say so.

You'll be able to pry it out from there.

I've had it happen before, and that's all I needed to do.

There's probably not enough room to do that, Clay.
The pin's stuck in the RCA port; and they are rather snug fits.

try a magnet, hopefully you have one of those telescopic ones for doing retainer clips on cam springs.

Open the amp, and push it out from the inside. Be careful not to touch any large capacitors.

If you dont want to open up the amp, solder a wire back to that piece of metal and yank it out.... should work.

i haf this same prob
it seems like its plasticy on the middle of it :S
mayb coz i got cheap RCA
myns stuck in there stil but all i did was on the male plug, titen up the outer part so it it tite around the female plug (ont he amp)
lucky its only for the sub, and so yea
