Have search for dyno figures but couldnt find much. I want to maximium power gain out a intake on a cheap budget for b16a ; simota cold air intake or simota whale penis. i saw dyno figures for whale penis and it looks like an overall gain in power with no loss in bottom end. Is this true in reality?

What produces more power gains?
What should i go for and what the advantages and disadvantages of each?
