hey there guys

today i just realised something wierd about my car..
i was experimenting.. i didnt press the remote to unlock my car
instead i used the key to unlock it .

and at this point isnt the car meant to flash its lights and alarm go off ??

well for me nope.. the armed light just keeps flashing as usual as if its armed..

then i put the key in and turn it and the engine starts and the armed light goes off.. and the door locks itself..

and walla i can drive off..

something wrong with my immoboliser im guessing?? wasnt like that when i first got it installed.. perhaps someone tampered with it without me knowing ?

but wierd thing is ... if i press the remote to unarm the immoboliser.. then wait for 40 seconds.. the immoboliser arms itself on its own.. and at this time when i turn the key .. the engine wont start..

nothing happens..

it was my own fault i forgot that it takes 40 seconds for my immoboliser to actually arm.. so even though the little red light is flashing .. it wasnt armed yet until another 40 seconds.. hence y i was able to start the engine..

ive tested it out now ..and after 40 seconds .. i realli coudlnt start the engine.. so all good =))
