Contact Carl at Robert Lane (# above) - he used to race them, he might have some clues.

Oh shuddup :)

Nah - I go there for every second service nowadays ;) Some of us don't have relatives falling out of the woodwork to help us Q ;)

I looked around Melb/Helaesville/Bendigo for a place that was similar in reputation to Hanny's - couldn't find anything over the hols :?
I did find a decent Honda dealer out Chirnside way, but they charge an arm and a leg.

That would be Chris @ Hondworld. They're good, got heaps of stuff for honda's. Fixed up my overheating problems (well they still are, but they got good service.)

I was driving to Highpoint and saw this workshop called DNA Car Care Centre and they had a sign saying they specialise in Toyota and Hondas.

Its a blue building near HiFi Supermarket. I'm gonna go check out that place soon. Looks nice and clean inside. I don't know anything about their pricing or service tho...

Chris at hondaworld SUX”S farking arse !! doogy prick who still owes me 100$ for a harmonic balancer I returned, I tell everyone I know never ever to go to Honda world !!! lieing cheats !!

Story went like this I needed a new harmonic balancer, they said they had one in stock, I drove down there 2 hours drive and get there and they present me with a b18 harmonic balancer tryin to say it will fit my b16… anyway I ended up agreeing with them and paid 100$ for it with the promise of getting my money back if it did’t work, fit the only thing I would loose out on would be more travel time and petrol money. Anyway it didn’t fit the belts were way off and the cheats then refused to give me my money back. Instead they wrote me a credit note although never put any valve on the back of a business card.. which I still carry in my wallet ! bloody cheats.

Anyway around a year later I was going to buy a cheap engine off them, but as soon as I said “REMEMBER ME” I have my 100$ credit they said I can’t use it on the engine !! blah cheats ! ****s ! all I ever wanted was my money back, hell they even said for weeks they will post me out a cheque and I called them numerous times again no money !!! so yeah that’s my story why they SUCK BALLS !!! never go there. HONDA WORLD SUXS !

unfortunately, i dont like hondworld either, dont deal with hondworld, hondwreck, both as dodgy as each other.

Deal with hondauto (imlachs), or hondaparts or something like taht in keysborough, they are nice ppl, they charge a little more, but they are alot more honest, and the goods arent dodgy!

i wont go into to much detail, but i can tell u that my gearbox blew

What do you guys think of evolution r, I got my exhaust done there but having a few problems with a defect notice so I'm going back there to try and resolve some problems. Will let you guys know how I go, but I'm interested to hear about other people's experiences with them.

They're on Westall Rd Westall, for those who don't know.

My friend got a spare part from "Hondaspares" in Keysborough..
From what he said they are an importer which are fairly cheap and u can get a fair ammount of used parts..

dont really know much about them, but might be worth checkin them out if u need to..

I bought a cat back and muffler off them.
They quoted me $99 each, but when I went there and decided to take it, he told me $100 cash and we'll call it even. Those guys rock, that really made my day.

edit: Hondaspares in Keysborough i'm talking about.
