It really depends on what your looking for....whether just springs...springs and shocks....coilovers....
and labour cost will depend on where you are and which of the above you are getting.

$350 MAX ($175 for just the front or rear)
Its getting cheaper these days .. some places charges you about $250 fitted. depends where u go really (:
I stay away from King Springs tho .. saggy springs over a period of time.

if u want good springs for your bucks,,, get KMAC springs, they are stiffer than all the ones mentioned above.

i woulnt do just the springs only, it will give u a good ride height but the shocks wont last that long on them
i put in king spring super lows on my crx and the stock shocks only lasted about 3 months or less, it gave me the shits cause everytime i went over a bump the car would bounce a couple of times before it settled
so i ended up getting coilovers, which cost me about $1200, but they are so much more worth it, i get a lower ride height, but also awsome handeling

price = cost + margin
cost = 1/2 base x height
base = distance over time
time = speed divided monkey
monkey = $1300 approx for spring/shock combo.
hope that helps
