Unfortunately you get what you pay for with stuff like this
The only coilover sleeves I would trust are Ground Control, they use Ebach springs.

You will need new shockers if you want to put these in as standard shocks will not be able to handle the harder spring rates and being lowered.
Koni Yellows is a good option or Koni Reds if you don't want to break the bank.
The eBay "coilover sleeves" are crap wouldn't trust them on my pogo stick.
At the end of the day its a $1000 to $1200 exercise but you will end up with a better setup than the cheep Taiwanese made coilovers i.e. D2, Megan Racing, K-Sport, etc. Provided you go with the ground control sleeves.
Suspension is a safety device, if you haven’t got the money to do it properly don’t do it.

do you honest think, for $20, theyre going to be good?
a bit of common sense - even basic items like king springs go for a few hundred dollars.

yep thats exactly right.
if you can afford it, you're much better off buying springs+shocks

even if you get stuff like monroe gas GTs instead of going for the high end adjustables like Koni, KYB, etc it will give you a better ride and handling than springs with standard shocks that are failing. i would recommend you splurge a bit and get ebach/whiteline/k-mac springs rather than king springs.
oh and avoid Pedders like the plague.
