Apparently soon there will be a new "Hytech" package for the CL9 including performance header, exhaust, intake manifold, camshafts, oil pan baffling, and ecu tuned.

Vendor claims 260hp and 210ft torque. Those figures are at the wheels and it is N/A. Sounds unbelievable when you consider the Comptech Supercharger produces less. Apparently uses Hondata (possibly a new type of Kpro to suit DBW).

Good finding, mate. Actually, there are alot of people are doing 250 + HP atw in K20a forum with IPS or Skunk2 on k24a2 TSX but haven't done it on TSX chassis.

Yeah, I think ECU options with the DBW has been holding people back on the CL9 platform. Definately sounds like a K-pro for the Cl9 is about to be released very soon.

I would suggest hondata do it soon though since they can't rely on their reflash. The new hondas line up are using DBW incl the new civic type R.

Wouldn't we have the same issues we're having with the JTUNE reflash? It's not fully compatible with the AUDM Euro???

Forever probably, but then it might be a bit longer,

tony1234.......it will be definately be available to fit to our
scooters by the time we are too old to drive, but by then our reflexes and eyesight will be inadequate to exceed 10kph safely anyway.

Funny how people complaining about delays in tuning options have 2006 models! :D Many of us here purchased the Euro in 2003/early 2004! Back then very few performance parts existed.

We should all encourage more suppliers/tuners to offer options for this vehicle. Not only will that make things happen faster - it will promote competition and hopefully result in lower prices for tuning.

The point is since we have bought our 2006 models the jtune mods have been "weeks" away from pre-order, and my sympathy goes out to those who have been waiting much longer than tony1234 and myself.......

The encouragement to suppliers/tuners should be the sales figures for the euro's and the number of ppl who are "impatiently" waiting for the release of performance options and indicating there dissatisfaction with what is currently available via similar threads to this.

That is true - the release date keeps on being pushed back. If people are not happy with Jtune they will buy something else. Not much we as owners can do - they are working on finalising the product and will release it when they are ready.

..and i've been tantalised along with everyone else by those dyno figures..........

Just get other brands lol. There are plenty Japs and Us products of exhaust that are good quality and reliable. For the ecu, you could try piggy backs ( greddy products or apexi, unichip, powerchip), EFI euro1, HKS F con, Motec, secret development of technic tuning, etc. :D

Yawn.

Me thinking of switching to a Renault Megane Sports Club... or an R35 Skyline Coupe imported with the VQ35. Don't even need to mod it, though it uses slightly more fuel.
