Problem, Wooting noise when braking

guys im having noise problems with my euro, when i break or on a stand still.. it makes a "WOOOOT"ing noise.. does anyone have this problem>? and how do i fix this? it woots alot especially when the wheels are wet (when raining).. the noise is really annoying.. please help

the hell is a 'woooot'ing noise? so you are saying it 'woots' when you are driving and standing still?? meaning stationary and not moving?

I have that exact same problem. I've narrowed it down to the air con. See this thread of mine.

YES!!! THATS EXACTLY THE PROBLEM IM HAVING... hehehe is it really the aircond.. cause i really think its the break pads... but i dont know.. wat u said is xactly right... how do i fix this??

when im driving it doesnt make any noise.. just when im not moving.. either steping on the breaks or just leaving the handbrakes on..
