Does VAFCII cover enough areas of the ECU, such that it could boost enough power n other areas of enhancement? And what would be your most recommended ECU add-on for ITR DC2~?

To start you off , the VAFC II is a piggy back for the STOCK computer.
Here is some info on it -

Completely redesigned user interface for easier navigation. Integrated fuel/VTEC control (including i-VTEC). Control VTEC engagement point from 3000-7000 RPM (100 RPM Increments). Red LED light indicated low-high cam switch over. VTEC match/unmatch function compensates for fuel differences between modified VTEC engagement point and ECU engagement point. 24 fuel adjustment points (12 high cam, 12 low cam). Fuel curve is adjustable in 200 RPM increments for fine tuning. Monitor 1-VTEC variable intake cam timing in real time. Integrated knocking monitor (for vehicles equipped with factory knock sensor). Password protection. Slimmer case design for ease of installation.

It simply wires into your existing loom (wiring).

There are TWO main REPLACEMENT tuneable ecu's on the market - the power FC and Hondata s1/2/300.
