Hey guys, there is a 96 spec JDM type R for sale in VIC, just wondering if any one has actually been to see/test drive it?
If so, how was it?

the link is bellow!

i dont know but don't forget that this thing is 11 years old now..
be prepared to fix up its wears and tears.

i noticed theres no headunit, no red H badge
and for some reason, i get the feeling this thing was a track machine.

1. pretty sure that is a mugen body kit unless its a replica.
2. how come it has no red valve cover? is that a proper jdm b18?

it does have a clock, in japan they come with a silly little cover so you cant see it....i dont see the point of covering the clock, i took mine off so i could see the clock

lol thank you for all the replies guys, i have previously owned a 96 spec type R, but it was very very clean, the first thing to come off this would be the kit and the rims, all back to as honda intended.
As others have stated, the interior is not that clean, and there are few things which would annoy me, but i am looking for a type r, and would preferably want JDM again, and this one for what it is is cheap, unless anyone has any other suggestions.
It also has been chromed around the cluster?! CARBON LOOK FTW! damnnn.

doubt it very much...
- 4 stud
- says 1834cc?? shouldn't it be 1797cc...
- shouldn't compliance plate be green or yellow for import?

obivously someone doesnt read well LOL read post #9. 96' JDM ITR came in 4 Stud pattern (4x114.3) 98' came in 5 stud pattern with bigger brakes.
or see well too lol theres a yellow compliance plate on the firewall next to the battery.

as for the 1834cc, im pretty sure thats a error made by carsales or the advertiser, most probably the advertiser, being that B18a are 1834cc. :)

other than that, sounds like his a noobie, "Others I can't remember." - when listing the mods done to the car.

- Cusco Suspension,
- HKS Coil Over

which one ? lol

also the date of the pictures taken lol ... prob just a fcuked up camera ??
