hey guys just a simple noob question for ya, just wondering what the stock rev cut out is on gen 4 and gen 5 prelude vtir's? i know they redline at around 7400 (correct me if i'm wrong) but just want to know when they cut out

Mine didnt cut out, just jerked really bad, im sure if you messed around with ECU and stuff it wouldnt

Tested it the another week, definitely 8K. Gen 4 Prelude.

mine cuts out at around at 7600k, jdm 4th gen.

The actual ECU cut is 7650RPM, except if you have a Type S, Sir Spec S or Euro R, in which case it's 8250RPM. The tacho on the dash isn't the most accurate piece of equipment in the car.

well at the engine its 7650, on the tacho, it always reads a lil higher apparently

Correct, i checked it out on my gauges hooked to the ECU :)
