Look in the Spark Plug holes for water, which can short the spark plugs under high load.
It could also be a Distributor issue. The dizzy cap may simply be worn, or the ignitor or coil could have an issue.
When was the last time you changed the fuel filter? Also check/replace the Air filter, and pimp some 98RON Fuel into the tank next time you fill up - 98RON has cleaning agents that may clean clogged injectors.

i have put new leads new plugs filter is only 5k old i always run 95ron and i put a bottle off injecter cleaner in last tank. It doesnt do it all the time. i will be accelerating and all the sudden it bogs down im pretty sure when it does this it is only on three cylinders. Do you guys think it could be my dizzy?
If the shuddering started ame time you changed your leads, maybe you should check and make sure the leads are pushed right onto the spark plug.
It may pay to check either way. I did get caught out when i changed my leads, as my car ran on 3 cylinders for 5kms before I realised I forgot to push one lead all the way in.

also check the correct sequence of all the leads ...as u may have inserted the wrong leads to the wrong sparkies/cylinder..
there is only 1,2,3,4 ... ... make sure u have the correct leads in the correct cylinder.

^^ defenatly not either of these. It started doing itbout 10000kms after i changed my leads but have since changed them again after i thought it was the problem. The sequence is correct as it does not shutter through out the whole rev range. It happens at random rev ranges than all the sudden dissapears. the power will all the sudden just kick in like it is turbo!

get ur injectors cleaned ...possibly a dead fuel pump or blocked fuel lines / fuel filter.

Perhaps the engine is running in Safe Mode. Have you checked for ECU Error codes? It could be something like the O2 sensor.
Are the new Leads Honda ones? The Honda ones are the best. Other brands can cause performance issues.

Have you done any wiring? May be a wire shorting out? I do remember one bloke with an excel on this forum who was having similar shuddering and loss of power under load. After everyone told him he was driving wrong it turned out to be a dodgy wiring job which was shorting out on the body.
