Your better off getting something that has good support in Oz and that is fully programmable. Find a good tuner, ask him what he prefers, and use that.
End of thread. :)
I would assume spoon ecu is designed and works best for spoon parts/internals and mugen for mugen parts etc.
Better off with Hondata or motec if you have mixed parts.

Definatelly invest in something like a hondata, microtech, PowerFC, AEM (top of the list)...

I live in Adelaide
hondata for sure ;)
Ohh wowsers, I have one for sale!
As Rooster said, find a tuner, then find your ECU. Spoon and Mugen ECU's are only good if you live in an area where there are no compatent/any tuners to tune Hondata/Power FC ect ect.

spoon is good because it is a self learning ecu. say you change a mod to your car, it will adjust itself automatically after you run your car.
Sports Computer 1.6/1.8 DOHC Vtec
Spoon collated data relating to, fuel consumption, ignition timing, exhaust emissions, aging. Taking these parameters to develop a highly advanced program to achieve improved power.Extensive track tests were carried out to achieve a specification which would allow for increased output, better performance and greatly improved torque figures.Further parameters were added to have a wider range of conditions, taking into consideration new additions from the Spoon range of parts. Through this programming maximum performance would be achieved with out the need to reprogram the ECU.

does it adjust the fuelling, ign timing, or both automatically?
