hey guys, i am wanting to put a motorised lcd screen into my car. Now i wanted to know if anyone else has tried this before i purchase the screen. as wat i will have to do is move the head unit from the top down to the bottom compartment then put the lcd screen where the head unit was. jus for an example (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/36-7-In-Dash-TFT-LCD-Color-Monitor-for-DVD-VCD_W0QQitemZ300096845482QQcategoryZ67772QQrdZ1QQc mdZViewItem) if i was to use a screen similer to this once it folds out will it have enough room? as i am thinking to is going to hit the climate control switches. but if anyone has done this successfully id love to know how and also if possible see pictures.

cheers.

From what I've heard they will fit if you fit it in the lower din.

Though you should be careful when changing gears, if you slip by any chance you may hit the screen and cause minor damages to the monitor itself.

And what teaseR is saying is that it's so low that it will be hard to watch anything, especially people in the back seat.

I would get a double din screen, will fit much better.
