I am swapping my coilover to stock but i think i have mess up the front and rear springs. Now the front i can put a whole hand in the gap and the rear is two fingers height. How do we justify which one is the front and which one is the rear.

I don't think you stuffed it up, the springs for the towers won't sit in properly if they are wrong..

Did you ensure that the damper unit is sitting on the damper fork? There is a little slot where the alignment tab on the damper unit will slot into a slit on the fork...

Give the springs a few days to settle down. Also the front guards are higher than the rear...

you can't mess it up really.
they practically just won't sit in the strut properly at all.

well
just 90% confirm..... the rear spring is upside down after comparing with a stock Euro with 18' rims(so do me) and the spring seems not in the right direction
LOL

im strangely aroused....

i mean i got a 18' rims as well since there is no point to compare the ride height with a euro with 16' rims while i am using 18.
