Cheers

Thanks for the warm welcome people!

The pics attached; one of my 5th Gen '98 Lude and my ol' 3rd Gen '87 lude. I still miss the ol' luda, they dont make em like they used to. I'm really stoked about my new lude tho as well.

The plans for '98 lude is simple, classy, sleek and subtle. I'm looking to add a lip kit all round, some nice 18+ deep dish alloys and some mods on the interior.

I look forward to your suggestions and thoughts in the future.

Cheers

Sweet plans, I'd add to that:
JDM foggies
1.8" drop
DIY black housing headlights

Thanks for the suggestions, yeah some foggies would add to the lude for sure, I wasnt sure about the drop cause I find it is naturally quite low, but
1.8" dont sound too bad. As for the DIY headlights is there a post on that here?

Nikki..haha how do I rate myself in hotness i dunno, what do u find hot?

Not too sure if there is a specific thread for 5th gen ludes but the general idea is get a heat gun, slowly heat the seals (after taking the headlight housings out of the car), then carefully seperate the lens off the housing and then mask (if needed) and paint the housing matte black.

Other option is to throw your headlights in the oven and heat it up to take them apart (if you don't have a heat gun) but I've heard a few horror stories about that.

You might find some info on this in preludeaustralia ?

Cheers for that info Sensei, i'll look into it.

Damn lip kits are expensive directly from Honda, oh well gotta spoil yourself sometimes. It'll be worth while,I think it makes such a difference to the look.

Has anyone had any experiences with replica bodykits, from the general consensus on the forums the feedback I've seen was go original, better fit ultimately.
